Tzvika Greenbaum BPT, Masters (MuscSport), PhD-Student
Tzvika Greenbaum hat seinen Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapie an der Universität von Haifa (Israel) erlangt und absolvierte zwischen 2004-2006 den Masterstudiengang ‘Muscoloskeletal & Sports Physiotherapy ‘ in Adelaide an der University of South Australia.
Aktuell arbeitet Tzvika in einer Privatpraxis wo er vor allem Dysfunktionen der Halswirbelsäule und Craniomandibuläre Beschwerden, sowie Kopfschmerzpatienten behandelt. Dabei hat er sich auch im Bereich des Dry Needlings spezialisiert welches er als eines der Hauptbehandlungsmethoden anwendet. Seine praktische Arbeit stützt sich stets auf den aktuellen wissenschaftlich basierten Kenntnissen, klinischer Expertise und den Bedürfnissen der Patienten. Somit kann er stets eine individuell, dem Patienten angepasste Behandlung anbieten.
Tzvika ist ausserdem Teil des Lehrerteams der ‘Tel Aviv University Physiotherapy Clinical School’ an der er ‘Orthopedic Rehabilitation & Exercise Therapy’ unterrichtet.
In den letzten sechs Jahren dozierte er an verschiedenen Weiterbildungen im Bereich der Rehabilitation von zervikogenen Kopfschmerzpatienten und Dysfunktionen der Halswirbelsäule.
Vor zwei Jahren begann er sein PhD-Programm an der ‘Tel Aviv University’ mit dem Ziel der Erforschung des Zusammenhangs der Halswirbelsäue und dem Orofazialen Schmerzsyndroms. Das Ziel besteht darin, typische cervicale parameter temporomandibulären Dysfunktionen zu finden und die Erforschung des zervikogenen Kopfschmerz als Begleiterkrankung bei dieser TMD-Patienten.
Tzvika ist ebenfalls zertifizierter Dry Needling Instruktor der David G. Simons Academy.

Ad oggi sta per concludere un dottorato di ricerca presso l’Università di TelAviv, con un progetto ricerca sulle correlazioni tra disfunzioni cervicali, cefalee, e dolore oro-facciale. Tutor clinico del Bachelor in fisioterapia dell’Università di TelAviv, dal 2013 svolge attività formativa sulla riabilitazione dei disturbi oro-facciali a livello internazionale. È inoltre istruttore accreditato di dry needling della David G SimonsAcademy.

Tzvika completed his BPT in Haifa University (Israel) in 2004 and in 2006 travelled to Adelaide (Australia) to do his Master degree in Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapy (University of South Australia).
Practicing today in a private practice, his main interest is treating cervical spine dysfunctions, headaches and Craniomandibular disorders, incorporating dry needling as one of the main clinical tools. His practice is based on the important combination of current evidence, clinical expertiseand patients’ needs, in order to provide the best individually tailored clinicalpractice.
Tzvika is a member of the tutoring staff at the Tel Aviv University Physiotherapy clinical school, tutoring in the orthopedic rehabilitation and exercise therapy courses.
On the postgraduate level, for the past 6 years, Tzvika has being teaching private courses in the realm of cervical spine and headache rehabilitation. For the last 2 years Tzvika has started his PhD project at Tel Aviv University exploring the involvement of the cervical spine in orofacial pain syndromes. This project is aiming characterize cervical spine clinical parameters in TMD patients and to explore the co-morbidity rates of cervicogenic headache in this population.
Tzvika is also a certified international dry needling instructor of the "David G Simons Academy".
