Registration

The number of participants is limited and registrations will be considered after the date of receipt of payment. 
After receipt of the written registration you will receive more detailed information on the payment method. Full payment must be made by the date specified by physeducation.eu at the latest.

Registrations are also possible until shortly before the start of the course (if there are still free places available). If in this case it is no longer possible to make payment via payment slip, the course fees are to be paid on the first day of the course before its start.

Cancellation



Registrations are binding. If the participant is unable to attend, he/she must cancel his/her registration in writing. The following cancellation conditions apply, regardless of the reasons for withdrawal of participation:

-In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the course, the course fees will be refunded. Only an administration fee of CHF 50 will be charged.

-Cancellation up to 2 weeks* before the start of the course: 50% of the course fees will be charged.

-Cancellation up to 1 week* before the start of the course will be charged 75% of the course fees.

-in case of cancellation before one week* or during the course 100% of the course costs will be charged.

* In the event of withdrawal of registration, if the participant concerned can enrol a colleague in his or her place for the course concerned, only processing fees of CHF 50 will be charged.

Course cancellation by physeducation.eu

In case of insufficient number of participants we reserve the right to cancel the course or to suggest a later course date. In this case you will receive a written notice at least 14 days before the course starts.

In case of a course cancellation by physeducation.eu the already paid course fees will be refunded. In case physeducation.eu cancels an ongoing course, participants will either be offered a replacement course or the course fees will be refunded proportionally. Further claims of the participant are excluded.

Course program

Physeducation reserves the right to adapt and change the course program to current conditions.

Legal basis for the course ‘Topographical Anatomy on human specimen’.

During the course it is strictly forbidden to take photos or film material and the body or parts of the body must be treated with respect. Failure to do so will inevitably lead to exclusion from the course. The Institute of Anatomy of the University of Bern reserves the right to take further legal measures, in particular the initiation of criminal prosecution (according to Art. 262 StGB, disturbance of the peace of the dead).
